Yin & Sound | Friday 21st August
A summer evening of slow, restful yin and immersive sound, created to leave you feeling lighter, calmer and deeply restored.
Join us at the beautiful SoEarth Projects in Kill, Co. Kildare for two hours of yin yoga, meditation and immersive sound, created to bring together slow movement, stillness and deep relaxation. Held as part of the Serenity Summer Series, Yin & Sound combines the restful practice of yin yoga with an immersive sound bath led by Robyn Browning.
We’ll begin the evening on our mats with a slow and restful yin yoga practice.
Yin yoga invites us to do less, holding mostly floor-based poses for longer periods of time and giving the body an opportunity to slow down and release tension while encouraging greater mobility and flexibility.
From here, you’ll be invited to get comfortable, lie back and rest as Robyn guides you through an immersive sound bath. Using a beautiful combination of instruments and sound, the experience invites you to become still, turn your attention inward and enjoy an extended period of uninterrupted rest.
No previous experience of yoga, meditation or sound baths is needed.
Come alone, bring a friend, roll out your mat and enjoy a different kind of Friday night this summer.

Your two-hour Yin & Sound experience will include:
• A slow and restful yin yoga practice
• Mostly floor-based poses held for longer periods of time
• Movement to encourage mobility, relaxation and release

• Support mobility and flexibility
• Create time away from screens and everyday responsibilities
• Encourage greater awareness of the body and breath
• Give a busy mind an opportunity to slow down
• Create time to reconnect with yourself
• Leave you feeling lighter, calmer and deeply rested
Who Is This For?
Yin & Sound is for anyone who would love to spend a summer Friday evening doing something a little different.
You do not need to be flexible, experienced in yoga or familiar with sound baths.
Whether you already attend my weekly yoga classes, have been to one of our previous events or are completely new, you are very welcome to join us.
Come alone, bring a friend or make it part of a slow summer evening together.
This experience is for anyone who would enjoy stepping away from everyday life for two hours to move slowly, become still, immerse themselves in sound and enjoy a little summer serenity.
