Mindful Morning
Finish your week with a morning of mindfulness, ready to walk into the new week ahead.
Will start with a cacao circle to connect with the heart, moving on to a gentle but invigorating yoga session to connect with the body and breath - yet invigorating yoga practice that opens the body, softening tension, and creating ease in the breath.
Finishing with a rejuvenating mediation of gratitude and manifestation.
We will aim to hold this outside connecting with nature - taking in breathtaking mountain views and listening to birdsong. If needs be due to the weather we will be holding this inside.
